Ashlyn is a Paralegal with the Risk Management Services Department. She has worked for Intact Public Entities since 2023 and has experience working in the legal field as a Paralegal since 2015. Ashlyn is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and has been appointed to act as a Notary Public in Ontario.
Ashlyn specialized in Worker’s Compensation insurance claims, appearing before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Her focus at Intact Public Entities is to provide contract and legal reviews, prepare and research articles for the risk management centre of excellence, provide information on legislative changes, and prepare webinars.
